Delivery Policy & Returns
Paws Café Online Petstore is an e-commerce convenience store. Our product availability is therefore subject to availability of stock from our own suppliers. We strive to deliver for free on a weekly cycle. (Payment this week for delivery the following week).
Returns and Refund Policy
Should the purchaser of products from Paws Café Online Petstore identify a defective product has been purchased, they should advise Paws Café Online Petstore in writing to the following address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Within 24 hours of purchase.
Paws Café will assess each return case on merit; and provide a full refund within 30 days provided;
The purchaser has notified Paws Café Online Petstore of the defect in writing, within 24 hours of delivery.
The product being returned to Paws Café Online Petstore is in the same condition as it was received on delivery (with its complete packaging).
The product is returned within 7 days of receipt.
The damage to the product is of no cause of the user.
In the case of incorrect ordering. The onus remains with the purchaser to order correctly.
The same notification process above will apply.
For such cancellation or refund of orders by the purchaser is not due to any fault of Paws Café Online Petstore, such cancellations will attract a 20 % administration fee.

Shipping and Delivery
Paws Café Online Petstore delivers to selective areas in KZN and does not make use of 3rd party delivery mechanisms.
Should the purchaser require delivery to areas outside of our advertised delivery route and schedule , a minimum order of R500,00 will apply.
Should Paws Café Deliver and there is nobody able to take delivery, a separate re delivery arrangement will be made. If these arrangements fall outside of our weekly delivery cycle , a delivery fee will be levied on all orders under R500.00
If you wish to collect your order from Paws Café Online Pet store, please advise before hand so that the necessary arrangements can be made.
Please take note that we service KZN and that our FREE delivery only applies to the areas as per our delivery schedule. All orders placed will only be delivered the following week as per the order schedule below.
Unless a first time order and/or an urgent delivery is required, which will require the customer to call and request an urgent delivery arrangement.

Tuesdays – Southern Suburbs (Malvern, Queensborough, Bluff, Toti etc.)
Wednesdays – Durban Central
Thursdays – Upper highway and inland (Hillcrest, PMB and Howick etc)
Fridays – Upper Highway (Sherwood, Westville, Pinetown, Kloof etc)
